Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ​Arcticus​. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic and International Shipping Policy

All our orders are processed within 3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Unless the destination of your order is a country where faster standard shipping options are available or if you have chosen a faster shipping option, a shipping time of 9-11 business days (EU) or 10-14 business days (Worldwide) applies.

If your order contains multiple products, please note that for products other than t-shirts and hoodies the shipping time for the chosen option will apply, whereas t-shirts and hoodies will be sent out separately with respect to the shipping conditions mentioned above.

Shipments containing Arcticus clothing may be subject to VAT & duty charges upon arrival in their country of destination.

Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur. For this reason, you may be asked to wait for some more days after the expected time of shipping has been exceeded. This is of particular importance during festive and holiday seasons, since processing and shipping times are likely to be affected due to high levels of demand.

Only after the above mentioned waiting time has passed we will be able to take further steps such as proceeding with reshipments or refunds.

Please note that we are trying to improve shipping times and pricing. Arcticus is a UK based business shipping from the EU and we are constantly working together with our shipping services to obtain faster shipping times at a reasonable price for all our customers.
